Easy Gluten-free Quinoa Pilaf

1 Cup Quinoa (be sure it is the type of quinoa that doesn’t need rinsing first)

2 Cup water

1/2 Cup veggies

2 Gluten-Free veggie bouillon cubes

Salt and Pepper to taste

Add ingredients to pot.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 min. DONE!!!  So easy and delicious!
