Mara’s Almond Butter Cup Ice Cream©
Gluten-free, dairy-free and mouth-wateringly CREAMY! I used my Cuisinart ice cream maker for this one. I have listed the specific brand names of each ingredients so you’ll know exactly how the ice cream turned out so beautifully creamy and mouth-wateringly wonderful!
1 cup creamy Barney’s gluten-free Almond Butter
1/3 cup Truvia sweetener
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Gluten-free Almond Milk
1/2 cup Amande Gluten-free Almond Milk Yogurt, Plain
2 cups MimicCreme, Almond & Cashew gluten-free flavor
1 1/2 tsp Singing Dog gluten-free Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of crumbled gluten-free Kinnikinnick Graham Crackers
Combine all ingredients, except for graham crackers, into a blender. Blend until smooth. Put mixture into freezer for approx 20 minutes or until chilled. Turn on ice cream maker; pour mixture into freezer bowl and let ice cream maker mix it for approx 15 minutes. Then add crumbled graham crackers into freezer bowl and let mix for another 5 minutes. The ice cream will be soft and creamy. If you want a firmer ice cream, place it back in the freezer for a couple of hours in an airtight container. Enjoy!!
