Gluten-free, casein-free and DELICIOUS!
1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 oz gluten-free organic sliced turkey breast
1/2 cup raw chopped spinach
1 tbsp Veganaise
1/4 cup diced avocado
Combine ingredients and stir until well-mixed. Spread onto gluten-free crackers or your favorite gluten-free bread (I like Udi’s!) and top with tomato slices. Eat with a side of steamed zuchinni! Enjoy!
