Knock Your Socks Off Chicken Salad Sandwich

4 oz cooked chicken breast

1 tbsp Veganaise

1 tsp balsalmic vinegar

2 oz guacamole or avocado

Salt and pepper to taste

Put ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.  Spread onto your favorite gluten-free bread and top with tomatoes and zuchinni.  Enjoy!
