Mara’s Power-Packed Pancakes (adapted from Dowd & Rogers Almond Pancakes)
Gluten-free and casein-free!
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups almond flour (100% ground almonds)
Oil for pan
In blender, combine eggs, agave, vanilla, and water. Blend until smooth. Add almond flour, salt and baking soda and blend until smooth. Oil griddle or pan over medium heat. Makes 12 pancakes. 4 per serving size.
