    I love that you incorporated traveling into this!! My friend Jason Craft told me about your show, then I saw this on Reddit. I’ll definitely be watching! This lifestyle can get pretty difficult. It’s comforting knowing that you can still travel with this disease… I just got back from Europe recently and discovered that it was rather easy! Even found some gluten free pasta, wine and bread in Italy without even trying. Thanks for doing this!

    This is great Maria. I am gluten free by choice but this is a very strong story and echoes much of what i did over the past 3 years to get well after gaining so much weight and get back to being healthy. This is great for many in a similar position. Well done!
